on is managed by a board of directors made up of President Paul Holmes, Vice President Peter Murray, Treasure Mike Moriello, Clerk Bob Ladd, and Members Tony Esposito, James G. They are responsible for the disbursement of funds, setting policies and procedures and also provide the studio building, all of the equipment (including the Production Van), plus the employees required to fulfill their goals. A recent budget resolution focuses on the capital program and stabilization. Typically, the town reserves 2% of the budget not for expenditures, but to allow for a capital program or stabilization. These prudent decisions have put us in a position where we have solid reserves.

The community's concerns about roadways are valid. State funding isn't enough to address the problems. An additional $200,000 has been allocated for roadway improvements, giving us flexibility to act. Rapid flashing beacon lights will increase safety for pedestrians.

Water quality is a top priority. We're tackling discoloration issues and ensuring adequate capacity. We've secured an interconnection with Middleborough to flush the system and fill storage tanks. A new water superintendent is bringing fresh ideas, including a treatment trailer for iron and manganese. We've also secured $2 million to help address these challenges. We're listening and focused on solutions.

After a lot of research on Bridgewater, I saw a passionate community that wants to be great. I'm excited to be here, getting involved, and learning more. There are a lot of opportunities and we're gonna do some great things here!

Instead of staying in the office all day, I prioritize getting to know my team, staff, and residents. Building relationships has been fundamental to my career. Community engagement is key—making sure people know we care and being as accessible as possible.
