The BTV Access Corporati
on is managed by a board of directors made up of President Paul Holmes, Vice President Peter Murray, Treasure Mike Moriello, Clerk Bob Ladd, and Members Tony Esposito, James G. They are responsible for the disbursement of funds, setting policies and procedures and also provide the studio building, all of the equipment (including the Production Van), plus the employees required to fulfill their goals.
