MY GREEDY IN-LAWS TRIED TO GET RID OF MY SICK MOM, BUT SHE EXCELLENTLY TAUGHT THEM A LESSON.
As soon as we got married, my in-laws lost their home and jobs. They pleaded with my mom to let them live in her home, and she agreed. She lives alone and is paralyzed, with a nurse to care for her.
At the beginning, they were okay. My MIL cooked meals, and my FIL mowed the grass. But then, they changed.
They started complaining that my mom was occupying the whole first floor (which is obvious) and they couldn't put their stuff there.
Then, they mumbled about the simple food my mom has in her fridge (yes, they only eat what SHE buys). And they started hinting about a nursing home for her.
Me: "Mom, do you want me to ask them to leave? They're crossing the line."
Her: "Honey, don't worry, I'll take care of everything."
And she DID! My mom told them she was moving into a nursing home and they can move to the 1ST floor. They were sure they WON the battle. But in two days, my crying in-laws called us yelling, "HOW COULD SHE ⬇️

That winter, Everette let many homeless people take shelter in his cinema. The town heard about his kind gesture, and people offered to help with blankets, food, and more.
He never imagined that his kind gesture would give something good back, but one day, he met a new homeless person and was shocked to see his son, who left him a few years ago.

AFTER RECEIVING TARDY NOTICES FROM HER TEACHER, I REALIZED MY DAUGHTER STAYS ON THE SCHOOL BUS LONGER THAN THE OTHER KIDS
A few days ago, I started noticing my daughter had been getting tardy notices from her teacher, Mrs. Flynn. So, I decided to give her a call and figure out what was going on.
"That's right, Mr. Bruce. Your daughter has had five tardy notices this week alone. Is there something happening at home that I should be aware of?" Mrs. Flynn asked.
"Everything's fine at home," I replied. "She leaves early enough to catch the bus, so I'm sure she should be arriving with the other kids. Have you noticed anything unusual with her lately?"
"Well," Mrs. Flynn paused, "I was late to class once and saw her getting off the bus later than the others. It seemed strange. The bus driver might have more insight since they're the only ones who stay with the bus after drop-off."
"Thanks, Mrs. Flynn. I'll look into it," I told her before hanging up.
Worried, I decided to follow my daughter the next day. As the bus pulled up to the school, I kept a close eye. Sure enough, all the kids got off—except her.
My heart started pounding, and before I knew it, I rushed onto the bus.👇

I AGREED TO A GROUP DINNER WITH TWO FREELOADERS – BUT THEY DIDN'T EXPECT WHAT I DID NEXT
I've been hanging out with this small group of friends since college, about eight of us in total. Two people in the group, Samantha and Arnold, are absolute leeches. Whenever we go out, they order the priciest items and then dump half the bill on the rest of us with some sob story about being broke.
So, last weekend, Jason, one of the people from the group, hit me up about a casual dinner. I straight-up told him I wouldn't come if Samantha and Arnold were gonna be there. He snapped back, "Just get over yourself and come for once. Stop being such a baby about it. We're all tired of your complaints."
That's when I decided they all absolutely deserved a lesson. I agreed and told him I'd meet them there. When we all started ordering, most spent about $40 each. There were only about 6 people there. When it gets to Samantha and Arnold, they both order the most expensive dishes (wow, what a surprise!), around $200. But then it is my turn to order, everyone looks at me, and here's the catch: I just ⬇️

Donald Harper’s house burned down two months ago while he was at the supermarket, and he suffered a heart attack when he got home. He was taken to the hospital, and his son, Peter, and his wife had insisted on moving him with them when he recovered. But they were a couple in their 30s with three young kids, and now they had to handle an older man in their home.
Donald was well aware of this and so, after gathering his strength, told his son that he wanted to move into a nursing home. His son asked him to put it off until later, but Donald insisted that they go and look at a nursing home nearby and Peter agreed.
So the following morning, Donald got into the passenger seat of Peter’s car, and they started driving towards the nursing home he suggested. For some reason, Peter took several turns, and Donald frowned. “Are you sure this is the right way? I feel like you’re going to circle back to your house,” the older man told his son.
“Oh, don’t worry, Dad. We have to pick up something from 7-Eleven first,” Peter replied, his hands moving the wheel and his eyes focused on the road.
Donald nodded and thought nothing of it. He picked up the paperwork he had printed and read aloud some of the benefits listed on the nursing home’s website.
He was concentrating so hard on reading that he didn’t notice when Peter stopped the car. “Oh, get me a bag of chips, please,” Donald said absentmindedly.
“We’re not at 7-Eleven, Dad. Look up,” Peter urged. 👇

MY ENTITLED PARENTS DEMANDED I GIVE THEM MY HOME — MY IN-LAWS IMMEDIATELY PUT THEM IN THEIR PLACE.
My parents made me leave home after graduation when they realized I wouldn't become a doctor like my sister and them.
I dived into IT. Fast forward 13 years, I’ve got a fantastic career, a beautiful house, and a wonderful fiancé. I was doubtful but still invited my family to my wedding. It was a big day for me.
When they came, I introduced them to my future in-laws and we went home. They assumed I rented a room, but their jaws DROPPED when they realized I owned the whole place.
MOM: "It's all YOURS? Why didn't we know?! We move in here in a week."
ME: "Excuse me? You think I invited you to live with me?"
MOM: "You owe us your life, did you forget? And you can't live better than we do."
