Got the opportunity to film the Brock Wrestling team and show the grit and determination of these athletes. Stands were rockin with the students cheering on their classmates, and they turned the energy up for the wrestlers!

Hard to put into words what this season meant to me and getting to be apart of such a special season with an amazing team.

Had a lump in my throat watching this one back after I finished it. I know the Coaches, parents, and community are beyond proud of what this team accomplished this season.

It wasnt the story book ending that you wanted, but to make it to a State Semi-Final is nothing to hang your head about.

The heart and grit you played with was evident every single week. You poured your heart and soul into it and wouldn’t have made it to this point in the season without playing every game like that.

In just a few short hours, the talking, planning, and preparing is over and it’s time to gear up and go to war.

Make no mistake, this game will be the epitome of what hard nosed Texas High School Football is all about.

Unbeaten against unbeaten, a redemption game, blue vs red, West vs East, a chess match between the best coaches in the State.

The Brock Eagles have something to prove, and the Carthage Bulldogs have something to defend. At the end of this game I hope both teams can say they left it all on the field and have no regrets.

Don’t forget how fortunate and blessed both teams are to be playing for each of these amazing football programs, and for those going to the game, or watching from home, we get to have a front row seat and watch the game we all love and watch our respective sides lay it all on the field for a State Semi Final Championship, and a ticket to Jerry World.
