On this Memorial Day, and every Memorial Day, we stop to honor the service and sacrifice of so many who ensured our freedoms, our way of life and all the other things that should never be taken for granted. This weekend, we ask you to please take a moment to think about that young man or woman, leaving their hometown for the first time to go and fight for their country … for us. Some of them didn’t make it back and for those who did, they carry the remembrance for those who didn’t. Please, take time this weekend to remember those who gave the ultimate sacrifice. We would not be here today without them.

Eustis Cable is a very busy communications construction company. We continue to grow! We are looking for a full-time Project Tracking/Redlining Admin in our White River Junction, VT office. This position is very unique. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will require extended periods of sitting at a computer performing project tracking with a program called Bluebeam (if you have used an adobe editor program, you can do bluebeam!) Experience is not necessary, but the right candidate must have EXCELLENT computer skills and be deadline driven.
· Submit accurately tracked communication construction prints
· Maintain accurate project records
· Provide other types of administrative support as needed
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· ABILITY to sit at a computer for extended periods of time.
· EXCELLENT computer skills with MS Office experience
· EXPERIENCE working with Spreadsheets
EXPERIENCE working with PDF Editor
· Strong data entry skills (10-key)
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Exemplary organizational skills
· Comfortable working with construction personnel
· Extreme attention to detail
· Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information and professional boundaries-Email cover letter and resume.
