Heller and company are now trying to mislead the public into believing Gary Hastings created the fake Brookhaven group. Just as they tried yesterday to mislead the public into believing Gary laughed at his son's picture. No emoji was ever clicked, evidence is in the shots.

That lie was created as an excuse to go after. Gary, for the fact that Gary had exposed what Heller had done with his tiktok. Er Heller wanted to keep the amount of followers he had, but couldn't use his name to slander and attack prior officers and elected officials in surrounding communities.

That's why no evidence was ever produced by him, it doesn't exist. Awful lie to tell your kid.

Shortly after this page exposed Heller and his lies, they paused the fake Brookhaven group. Then Bing Chang was removed as a member and any posts made in their names were also deleted. Leaving only Gary's intentionally, to create this new lie.

Great grandpa and baby bro are not very smart. Lies are very easy to disprove with evidence.

This is the same behavior as before. Heller took over the Brookhaven free speech page in Sept '25 before elections. This was to delete members and posts that exposed his lies. They turned it into a slander group, making fake accounts in residents' names, adding them as members and posting to impersonate those residents.

Heller has also added these fake accounts they made to the Delco Sound Off group as well. They did this to use those accounts to post anonymously in that group. He also added his personal fake accounts to hide behind those names to slander and mislead the public. Not too long ago he made another page called the Delco Bee.

So much wasted time playing pretend online. He went into a rage last night posting and editing those posts into the wee hours of this morning, 3am. This was after this page posted evidence exposing all he was doing.

Residents have every right to know those fake accounts impersonating the residents they continuously harass, are not really them and who they really are. These shots are thoroughly documented and dated. Keep lying and we will keep posting the receipts. To be honest it's just pathetic and a waste of time.

🚨 PSA: PT 2🚨 Under the Brookhaven group Heller and his group created to mimic this page, there was a post by "Bing Chang" who shared a link. This link was to a tiktok post that was shared by an account named "DeFlockous". The link showed it was a shot shared by Ed Heller. The shot showed the post was shared by a tiktok page named "DeFlockous", that contained posts slandering Micheal Vice, Ryan Eastman and other elected officials from areas surrounding Brookhaven, including Aston and Parkside.

It was discovered that Terry Heller deleted his personal posts, deleted friends and family from his account, then changed the name from Terry Heller to DeFlockous. This is most likely due to the fact Vice has a pending lawsuit against Heller for slander, defamation and breach of contract. He needed to hide behind fake accounts and names to state said slander.

Vice was ultimately dismissed from that case and all accusations, where Heller can never file any of those accusations again. Heller can change his tiktok name account to whatever, but he cannot delete the comments made to him that clearly show his real name, Terry. Vice's job was falsely tagged in the comments of that post, along with Eastman's new job.

This account was most likely made, due to the two prior Tiktoks he had posted to the Delco sound off page, that backfired. The page has deleted any posts and or comments made by him and his group. Heller and his people falsely reported a resident's comment that stated the truth of the situation, generating many likes.

Heller apparently decided he needed his own, but as his page had many followers, he didn't want to lose that audience versus starting over again at zero followers. This is so he can control the false misleading narrative. Heller is sharing his Tiktoks he makes, to his personal FB page, using the same pictures. Heller didn't beat anything in court. Nothing but lies upon lies.

🚨 PSA: Pt 1 🚨Heller and friends decided to make a page, mimicking this page. They have created many fake accounts in the residents names that he and his have been stalking, slandering and harassing. These accounts are all fake and made by his group. They added these fake accounts as members to that group.

This would be the second time he's done this, the first was called the Brookhaven Free Speech page which is a group he made private. He did this to delete all the evidence and people who exposed his lies.

They have been using these fake accounts to impersonate these residents. They have also added their own fake accounts to hide behind to say awful things, including with posting AI edited pictures of residents and their children, minor children. While they have deleted this, we have the evidence saved. The children's faces have been blurred out.

One of Heller's known fake accts is Bing Chang. Bing was friends with many residents, including heller's entire family. Bing also seemed to lose his racist speech suddenly, after being resurrected.

After years and many posts of them attacking residents children, some decided to dish it back, now they're clutching their pearls. However, they are falsely attacking another resident Gary Hastings of laughing at this post. No one clicked any emojis and there is evidence to prove it included. Only a fake Vice acct made terrible false comments.

This is why Heller did not back his false post with evidence, that he's misleading residents into believing Gary laughed. Gary never "smirked" at Heller's son at sportsclips either. It's documented on security video and the chief was informed of the situation, also video evidence during a council meeting last summer.

This embarrassment is exactly why we voted him out. Instead of holding himself accountable for his own poor actions, he blames everyone else (per usual) and has a vendetta. He has posted more pictures of him stalking other residents, such as their cars parked outside of their homes. This man is out of control and his mind. The lies never end.

WHAT WAS CLAIMED (all screenshotted, all timestamped):

• John Bogenschutz, to Gary Hastings: "Funny what Ring cameras can see when people are doing things they shouldn't be." … "You know what you did last Friday at 9:22 Gary." … "PD has been notified." … "The footage is real and Brookhaven PD has it. It's public record, call and ask them."

• "Bing Chang" — an account that joined the group THIS WEEK, lists its location as Shenzhen, China, and whose post history is 13-year-old gibberish mocking Asian accents — posted a photo of a white Lexus and wrote: "This car was caught on camera driving in front of the Maroon Honda Ridgeline. Does anyone know who owns it?"

• When Gary pointed out the car in the photo is PARKED, Bogenschutz changed his story: "It's not MY Ring footage."

WHAT THE PHOTO ACTUALLY IS:

That white Lexus is MY car. It is parked IN FRONT OF MY HOME, next to my bamboo. My license plate is in full view. That is not footage from Terry Heller's street. That is someone standing outside MY HOUSE photographing MY VEHICLE and posting my plate to a public group asking strangers to identify me.

WHAT THE CHIEF OF POLICE SAID:

I called Brookhaven PD at 4:06 PM today. The CHIEF OF POLICE personally called me back at 4:13 PM from the department line. He told me:

1. There are NO OPEN COMPLAINTS with my name or Gary Hastings' name on them.
2. NO SURVEILLANCE FOOTAGE of my vehicle or Gary's has been turned in to the department.
3. If anything involving me ever came in, HE WOULD CONTACT ME DIRECTLY — not let it play out on Facebook.
4. He does NOT act on Facebook posts. Only filed complaints. THERE ARE NONE.
5. The department has NOT HEARD FROM MR. HELLER in some time — his words: "and that's a good thing for all of us."
6. My harassment complaint ( #25-006958) has been READ and FORWARDED TO THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY.
7. Call him directly, anytime, with any concern. I will — starting with the photo of my home.

WHAT I TOLD THE CHIEF, AND WILL SAY HERE:

• I am NOT IN BROOKHAVEN from March through November. I live and work out of the state.
• I have NEVER mailed a postcard, glitter, or anything else to anyone.
• I post under MY OWN NAME ONLY. No fake accounts. No anonymous profiles.
• Gary and I have never been in two cars on the same road, let alone Terry Heller's street.

THE BOTTOM LINE:

Two accounts told a public group that police have evidence of a crime by Gary Hastings and me.
THE CHIEF OF POLICE SAYS NO SUCH THING EXISTS. Asked to produce it, they produced a photo taken outside my home.

That is not "asking questions." That is a false accusation of a crime against named people, and the "proof" is evidence of stalking. Every comment and that photograph is now in the file to the DA.

I want nothing to do with Terry Heller or anyone posting on his behalf. I want to be left alone to do my job. But I will not be silent while people photograph my house and invent crimes in my name.
