PART 3 OF 3 — The Pattern. The Record. And The Point.
This was never about towing. It was never about a screenshot. It was never about Keith or a private group chat. It is always, without exception, about the target. Terry Heller has operated the same way for years — identify someone, build a story, post it, recruit people to pile on, and keep going until the target submits, flips, or leaves. That pattern is documented. The fake accounts are documented. The fraudulent listings are documented. The police report exists. The DA referral exists. And the voters of Brookhaven already rendered their verdict in November 2024. Yet here we are. Still.
For the full breakdown, keep reading.

If you have read Parts 1 and 2, you may have noticed something. None of this was ever really about towing.
It was never about workers' compensation. It was never about a screenshot from a private chat. It was never about Keith, or Greg and Megan Santella, or Johanna.
It is always, without exception, about the target.
That is how this works. That is how it has always worked. Someone crosses Terry Heller — or is perceived to have crossed him — and the machinery starts. Stories get built. Screenshots get pulled. Allegations get posted. People get recruited to pile on. And it keeps going until the target either submits, flips, or leaves.
Keith said two words to the wrong person and has been a target ever since.
Greg and Megan spoke out, built a coalition, then broke under pressure and handed over what they had — and even that wasn't enough to fully protect them, because people who operate this way don't stop needing you to prove your loyalty.
Johanna grieved privately and trusted people she shouldn't have had to think twice about trusting. And someone took that grief, that loss, that name, and turned it into a weapon.
This is the pattern. It has been the pattern for years. And it is documented.
There is a police report filed with Brookhaven Borough Police Department. There are fraudulent Craigslist listings. There is a fake Facebook account impersonating a Brookhaven resident. There is a fake account bearing the name of a deceased man created to terrorize his family. The matter has been referred to the Delaware County District Attorney's Office of Special Prosecution. This is not speculation. This is not a counter-narrative. This is the record.
Terry Heller lost his bid for mayor in November 2024. Marino Giancroce is mayor. Dan Burke is council president. The voters of Brookhaven spoke clearly.
And yet here we are. Still. Post after post. The same recycled allegations. The same manufactured outrage. The same targets, reshuffled and repackaged for whoever is paying attention that day.
He is counting on you not knowing the full story. He is counting on the outrage hitting before the facts do. He is counting on people sharing before they think.
Don't.
This community has been through enough. The people he has targeted — Keith, Johanna, the residents who stood up at council meetings, the ones who spoke into microphones knowing what it might cost them — they deserve better than to have their names dragged through the same posts on an endless loop by a man who has never once been held accountable for what he's actually done.
That changes. One documented fact at a time.

PART 2 OF 3 — The Screenshot. The Source. And What They Left Out.
Heller posted a screenshot from a private group chat. The person who provided it was once one of the loudest voices against him. That same person made public posts about wanting to fight people, putting people in boxes, and handling things in person rather than on Facebook. Those posts exist. They are dated. They are documented. And they are exponentially worse than anything in the screenshot Heller is waving around. There is also the matter of how private, painful information about a grieving mother in this community ended up in Heller's hands — and what he did with it.
For the full breakdown, keep reading.

Now let's talk about that screenshot Heller posted. Where it came from. Who provided it. And what they chose not to include.
First, some background that matters.
Greg and Megan Santella were among the very first residents to publicly speak out against Terry Heller and his conduct on council. They didn't just speak out — they reached out to other residents, built connections, recruited people to attend meetings, and worked actively to hold Heller accountable. They were in the group chat. They were part of the coalition. They knew everything.
Then they flipped.
Here's why, as best as it can be pieced together: They were harassed. Relentlessly. Heller and his associates came at them hard, the way they come at everyone who speaks out. And at some point, under that pressure, a calculation was made. They believed — incorrectly — that Heller was going to win the mayoral race, since at that point there was no opponent in the primary. They feared they couldn't afford to leave. They made a decision to switch sides and hand over what they had.
What they had included a screenshot from a private group chat — the same chat they had been active members of. That screenshot is what Heller posted. That is his "evidence."
What they chose not to hand over was everything Greg himself said.
And Greg said a great deal.
Publicly, under his own name, Greg Santella posted about wanting to fight people. About putting people in a box. About guaranteeing a fight would break out. About people who carry guns not being able to fight hand to hand. About starting a fight at a local restaurant. These are his words. Posted publicly. Under his own name. Dated and documented.
Privately, in messages sent to members of this community, Greg talked about wanting specific people to suffer. About getting people in a boxing ring. About preferring to handle disagreements in person rather than on Facebook. About his blood boiling. About physical confrontation.
The screenshot Heller is waving around — from a private chat, taken out of context, old — is a fraction of what existed in that conversation. And the people who provided it said things that were exponentially worse. By their own hand. In their own words.
You are being shown a carefully selected sliver and told it's the whole picture.
There is something else that needs to be said, and it will be said plainly.
Johanna is a member of this community. She is a mother. The father of her son died by su***de. That loss is not a detail. It is not background information. It is her life. Her son's life.
Information about Johanna's situation — private, painful, and sacred — was passed to Terry Heller. And Terry Heller used it to create a fake Facebook account bearing that man's name to publicly harass and terrorize her.
There is a police report. There is a case number. This is documented.
Think about what kind of person does that. Think about what kind of people help them do it.
And then ask yourself whose screenshot you should really be concerned about.

PART 1 OF 3 — The Towing Distraction
Setting the record straight on Keith and Lampert's. How he became a target — the "who cares" comment to Bill after Heller's DUI stop, Keith getting dropped two days later, then the manufactured allegations that followed. Workers' comp lie — publicly disproven at a council meeting. Salvage license — the council's responsibility to vet the company they are about to work with. not Keith's. No signed contract or rule book was ever provided to Keith by the borough. The cops called Keith to tow; . — the borough insurance company settled to pay out millions in a lawsuit that happened on Heller's watch. You cannot take legal advice from someone who doesn't understand how the law works.
For the full breakdown, keep reading.

Let's talk about towing. More specifically, let's talk about why we're talking about towing — again — and what's actually behind it.
Terry Heller is once again encouraging residents to file individual lawsuits over towing. That's not how that works. You cannot take legal guidance from someone who has consistently demonstrated that he neither understands the law nor feels bound by it. But that's a separate conversation for a separate day.
What I want residents to understand is how Keith Lampert became a target in the first place, because it didn't start with towing. It started with two words.
Keith, the owner of Lampert's, made a comment to Bill — "who cares" — after Bill stated he stood by Heller. That was it. That was the moment. And it happened approximately a month after Heller's DUI stop. Two days after that comment got back to Heller, Keith found out through the grapevine that he'd been dropped.
Months later, the stories started. The lies. The allegations. Much of which was publicly disproven at council meetings — not behind closed doors, not in private — at council meetings, in front of residents.
One example: Heller claimed Keith had no workers' compensation coverage. A resident contacted Keith directly, received the documentation, and presented it at the very next meeting. Done. Disproven. On the record.
Then came the salvage license issue. Here's what people need to understand about that: it is the responsibility of the council president and council to review a contractor's qualifications and ensure compliance with borough code before bringing someone on. Brookhaven's council — under Heller's leadership — didn't even provide Keith with a contract. Let that sink in. No contract. And yet Keith is the one being held responsible for what the council failed to do.
The police called Keith to tow vehicles. That's how it worked. And when it comes to vehicle releases, that responsibility falls on the police department — not the towing company. The officers issue the release forms and keep the records . That's the procedure the police department violated civil rights by calling for a tow truck. Who would know the law better than a law enforcement officer ? Why would a tow company challenge a law enforcement officer.
What resulted from all of this mismanagement, these failures of oversight, these manufactured disputes? The borough insurance company paid out in a lawsuit. That happened on Terry Heller's watch. Under his leadership. Because of exactly this kind of reckless, retaliatory, uninformed decision-making.
He is not posting about Keith to protect you. He is posting about Keith to redirect you. He wants you angry at a towing company owner so that you don't look too closely at the man pointing the finger.
Keith said "who cares" to the wrong person at the wrong time. And for that, he has been targeted ever since.
That's not accountability. That's retaliation. And Brookhaven has paid for it — literally.
