Rhys also scored 14 goals and five assists for the Rebels hockey team this past winter.

Champlin Park baseball won another thriller - this time in extra innings over Edina. Champlin Park High School

Christian Dull came through in the 9th for the Rebels 🔥

CP will play Rosemount on Monday for all the marbles at Target Field.

T-G BACK AT TARGET🔥

For the second time in three years, the Torino-Grace baseball team will be playing in the Class AAA state championship‼ Totino-Grace High School

Brady Keane’s 2-RBI double scored the go-ahead run in a five-run 5th inning for the Eagles. Totino-Grace went on to beat St. Thomas Academy, 7-2.

The Eagles will face Mahtomedi in the AAA final on Monday, a rematch of the 2024 AAA state championship.

Down 3-2 heading into the bottom of the 5th, Will Franczak and Joey Terhaar came up BIG for Totino-Grace High School both delivering RBI’s and putting the Eagles back in front for good.

Totino-Grace went on to beat Rocori, 5-3 and will face St. Thomas Academy or Delano in the 3A state semifinals on Friday.

Facing a bases loaded, no outs jam with a 3-2 lead over Andover in the top of the 7th - Donovan Vendel's dart from right field completed a double play on Champlin Park's way to a state quarterfinal win over Andover. Josh Henchmen followed it up with a strikeout to secure the win for Champlin Park High School

The HCA boys won the Class A state team title, scoring a 603 and beating out Central Minnesota Christian by seven strokes. Heritage Christian Academy

Alex Rhode repeated as the Class A individual medalist, shooting a 69 on Day 1 and a 74 on Day 2 for a 143 total.

Ally Bormes won the girls Class A individual title for the Eagles, carding a 73 on Day 1 and a 79 on Day 2 for a 152.

The HCA boys won the Class A state title, Alex Rhode repeated as the Class A individual medalist, and Ally Bormes won the girls individual title.
