According to the latest reports, over 75,423 homes in Brooklyn are currently without power. Serious flooding has affected Red Hook, South Brooklyn, Bay Ridge, Greenpoint, DUMBO and other areas. Flooding has also been observed in underground subway tunnels to Manhattan beneath the East River.
