𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻 – 𝗟𝗼𝘄 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 & 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 (𝗡𝗬𝗖)
Seeking an experienced Foreman to lead commercial low-voltage and security projects throughout New York City.
**Responsibilities:**
* Supervise field technicians and coordinate daily work.
* Oversee installation of access control, CCTV, intercom, structured cabling (Cat5e/Cat6/Fiber), networking, and alarm systems.
* Read blueprints and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high quality standards.
* Manage materials, troubleshoot issues, communicate with clients, and complete daily reports.
**Requirements:**
* 5+ years of low-voltage/security experience.
* Previous leadership experience.
* Strong knowledge of security systems, networking, and construction drawings.
* Fluent English and a valid driver's license.
