Our Story
Electrik Indigo Sound is a boutique full-service production studio located in the up-and-coming Industry City complex of arts and manufacturing buildings in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. The home base of producer / engineer / composer Jesse Fischer, Electrik Indigo boasts a beautiful facility consisting of an 11’ x 17’ live room for tracking rhythm section, vocals, strings, or horns, and an 11’ x 17’ writing/mix/control room, plus two iso booths for amps, vocals, or percussion.
With a convenient location only two subway stops from Manhattan's Lower East Side (or a quick 20-min cab ride), Electrik Indigo presents a warm and comfortable home away from home, featuring lots of natural light and custom-built reclaimed wood acoustic treatments. Great coffee and an international food court are located one building over.
Owner/operator Jesse Fischer brings an incredibly diverse set of talents and interests to the table, including songwriting, orchestration, arranging, production, a keen ear and affinity for multiple genres, and facility on multiple instruments. New music from the homie VeNika!
Mixed by yours truly for Electrik Indigo Sound.
Produced by Stephen Rodes Chen, mastered by Nate Wood.
"It's a Monday song, I cannot get you out of my head
We got too close last night
Did the weekend kill it all? Did the feelings die in my bed?
We spoke too soon last night"

Today’s photos feature Michelle Willis! I feel very lucky to get to share a planet and a lifetime with Michelle. She’s the greatest most well rounded musician I’ve ever met and the truest of friends. Here are some more photos taken by David Goddard Photography during Michelle’s visit to Electrik Indigo Sound in Brooklyn, where she sang and played lots of very purdy keys.
Three more days left in the studio! Mixing, editing, and even squeezing in some very last minute background vocals and charango! It’s very hard to believe that this is it!

Four more days in the studio! Today’s photos feature the one and only Christopher Tordini He was the first musician to come track on the record! We started out with my Logic demos and Chris filled in bass lines and key bass. The day these photos were taken we recorded at ShapeShifter Lab and at Electrik Indigo Sound. Heading into my brother’s studio in North Carolina now for a big day of editing, tracking leads and BVs on a late bloomer, and all day mixing. 😬Photos by: David Goddard Photography

Here’s a little snippet of a tune I wrote with Jessica Hana Deutsch for her band Ozere. I’m really happy about this one. All the vocals and oozy rhodes tracked today at Electrik Indigo Sound with Jesse Fischer pushin all the engineerin buttons. Music!
