Meta Most programs and amenities offered at ACAC are available to non-members as well as members.

ACAC in Charlottesville offers four unique fitness and wellness facilities, incorporating aquatics, an immense group exercise and mind body program, racquetball and squash courts, personal training, day spa, café, summer camps, senior fitness and wellness, Physical Therapy @ ACAC, kids' programs, a water park and corporate fitness programs. Members who join ACAC Albemarle Square or ACAC Downtown have access to both clubs including our club in Crozet, Virginia.

The Downtown Aquatics Center will be temporarily closed for yearly maintenance. The closure will take place from 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟭 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟱.

During this time, our team will be working diligently to perform necessary repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the continued cleanliness and safety of our aquatics center. The aquatics center at 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗰 Albemarle Square and the Waterpark at 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗰 Adventure Central will be open during the closure.

Please register for these classes which you can find online by selecting Adventure Central as the location, or by calling the front desk downtown. These classes are weather permitting and will be cancelled only when thunder and lightning are forecasted. That decision will be made one hour prior to class and if it is necessary to cancel, registered members will be notified by email.

The Downtown women's sauna is currently out of order due to the power outage from Monday. We are actively working to address the issue and anticipate it being resolved soon. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.

The Albemarle Square Aquatics Center will be temporarily closed for yearly maintenance. The closure will take place from 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟳 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗔𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟭𝟯, with the Warm Water Pool closing a day earlier on August 6.

During this time, our team will be working diligently to perform necessary repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the continued cleanliness and safety of our aquatics center. The aquatics center at 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗰 Downtown and the Waterpark at 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗰 Adventure Central will be open during the closure.

Please register for these classes as the outdoor classes at Adventure Central are weather pending! If there is thunder and lightning forecasted, a decision will be made exactly 1 hour prior to class. If you are registered you will receive that notification in email.
