America suffered tremendously after witnessing the brutal disaster of a debate between former Vice President Joe Biden and President Donald Trump on September 29.

The two bitterly clashed and waged a war of the words. There were constant interruptions, personal jabs, and a general contempt that seeped through the debate floor and into the homes of the American people watching the disaster of a debate.

The number one problem that students have with online learning is missing Zoom classes. I’m guilty of this too. I missed a Zoom meeting even though I woke up early and checked my email.

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg passed away due to complications from metastatic pancreatic cancer at the age of 87 on September 18th, 2020.

It is a tragic and profound loss that the entire country feels. A trailblazer in many regards, Ginsburg revolutionized the new generation by combatting discrimination. At the age of 37, Ginsburg served as co-director of the Women’s Rights Project of the American Civil Liberties Union. By the time she left the ACLU, Ginsburg had brought about the beginnings of a revolution in how women were treated, wiping close to 200 laws that discriminated quietly.

By Kavita Jaikissoon With tensions high because of the coronavirus, you would think that race would be last thing on anyone’s mind. But the death of George Floyd and the central Park incident involving Christian Copper have made it blatantly clear that not even a health crisis or a potentially crippled economy can stop racism in America. When situations like these occur, it can be disheartening. [ 617 more words ]
