3 STRATEGIES that really helped me lose this postpartum weight π Here they are written out π
1. Switching to lean meats like 99% lean ground turkey and 93% lean ground beef. Fat IS HEALTHY and I absolutely kept it in my diet in other areas - but these switches were very helpful from a calorie deficit perspective.
2. Buying single serving proteins - life is crazy enough! Make your life easy. Some of my favorites are a can of salmon, baked chicken thigh, single-serving yogurt.
3. Getting back in touch with my hunger and fullness cues - I got somewhat out of touch with my body these pregnancies, so allowing my body to experience a bit of hunger (not starving by any means) and satisfaction (not stuffed) has felt grounding.
