“In my work I try to find beauty in everything... Observation and obsession with the different objects we interact with (or hope to someday) helps me work to make each image feel important”, says Elkin.
Whether capturing the scratches on a well-loved heirloom or highlighting a high-gloss object of desire, Elkin’s process is rooted in careful observation and deep appreciation for the stories objects hold.
