Since the launch of our innovative LED Volume/Flex Studio in July, Suite 120 has proudly hosted an array of commercial, independent, and feature film productions, establishing itself as one of the premier LED Volume stages in the NJ/NYC Metro area.

We’re excited to announce the latest pilot shot at Eastern Effects! “10036”, directed and written by Academy Award-winning screenwriter Alex Dinelaris, known for his work on Birdman, and co-created by and starring actor Steven Pasquale. It was both a joy and an honor for Eastern Effects to house Lexicon’s production in our Brooklyn stages and provide the grip and lighting equipment needed for this ambitious musical masterpiece. The talented cast included Phillipa Soo of Hamilton, the infamous Victor Garber, Griffin Mathews, Kyle Beltran, and Julie White adding to the project’s allure. The dedication and passion of the entire crew made this experience truly special, and we’re thrilled to have worked with some of our old friends as well!

Huge congratulations to Jim Jarmusch and the incredible cast, including Adam Driver, and Cate Blanchett for their well-deserved award at the Venice Film Festival! Your creativity and talent truly shine through in this remarkable film, which was brought to life on Eastern Effects’ Brooklyn stage. The film can now be seen at the on October 9th.

This year’s Short Film Challenge is officially underway, with teams revealed and already shooting their 6 minute short! EEI's short theme is a Dramady entitled, "The Muse"! Last week the team shot on location in Queens using Amaran lights, and are now on to post-production as we write this. The shorts debut at Wild Project at 195 E.3rd St, Alphabet City, NY on August 20th. We’re cheering on all the teams as they continue on this creative journey!
