This dynamic role is the perfect blend of customer service, logistics wizardry, and technology know-how! As our Equipment Rental Agent & Inventory Software Administrator, you'll help customers find exactly the equipment they need, coordinate everything from rentals and trucking to crew logistics, and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. At the same time, you'll be the champion of our RentalWorks inventory system, ensuring our equipment, data, pricing, and reporting stay accurate and organized. We were fortunate to recently welcome the dynamic duo from the New Jersey Film Office — Jon Crowley, Executive Director, and David Schoner, Jr., Deputy Executive Director — to Eastern Effects’ 100,000‑square‑foot Equipment Headquarters in Wood‑Ridge, NJ.

Jon and David have been incredible champions of the industry and a genuine source of support in helping drive business to Eastern Effects’ 10 Basin Studios and throughout the region. During their visit, we toured them through our Wood‑Ridge facility, which supplies lighting, grip, electric, trucking, and expendables for short‑ and long‑form content across New Jersey and beyond.
