I think a lot of us learned how to perform before we ever learned how to just… be.

To be likable.
To be chosen.
To be understood.

And then one day… you get tired.

Not of people.

But of maintaining a version of yourself that was never meant to last.

So you stop performing.

Not loudly.
Not dramatically.

Just quietly… and for real this time.

And the only people who stay…
are the ones who never needed the performance to begin with.

I’ve been moving differently lately.
More intentional.
More present.
More… curated.

The kind of energy you don’t have to explain -
you just experience it.

That’s actually what I’ve been building behind the scenes.

Not just trips…
but environments that meet you where you are
and elevate you without asking permission.

Costa Rica is calling…
and it’s not for everyone.

But if you feel it, you feel it. 🌿✨
