Friday, December 12th, we'll be hosting a toy and food drive in our parking lot right here down town Brooksville. It's super easy to help. Just drive through our parking lot and drop off a toy or a non-perishable food item. You don't even have to get out of the car.
Imagine the joy on a child's face Christmas morning because of your generosity. That's what we're helping make happen.

Maus Nissan’s Pet of the Week – Godwin
Looking for a furry wide receiver to join your team? Meet Godwin — a 7-year-old pup with a sparkly silver face and a heart full of hustle. She was once Jolene, but got a name change in honor of Chris Godwin, because this girl? She’s all about making plays.
Godwin’s been at the shelter since last December — one of our longest residents — and she’s ready to trade her kennel for a couch. She may bark inside, but it’s just her way of saying, “Let me out and let’s GO!”
She’s a toy-loving, treat-chasing superstar who’ll win you over with a simple toss. She’s a little picky with doggy friends, so if you’ve got a pup at home, let’s set up a meet and greet.
And here’s the kicker — her adoption fee is waived. That’s right, waived. Because we believe her perfect match is out there, and it might just be you.

Get ready for the Autostock Southern Showdown coming October 4th to Whitehead Farms! Presented by Southern 4x4 and Auto, this event will have something for everyone.

Picture this: a massive display of awesome trucks, classic cars, jeeps, motorcycles, lowriders, and even unique foreign rides! We'll have a live music and a DJ keeping the energy high, a great announcer, delicious food trucks to satisfy your cravings, and local vendors with all sorts of goodies. Plus, don't miss out on the chance to win trophies and cash prizes! It's going to be a full day of automotive fun.

At 2½ years old and around 60 pounds, Skywalker is a smart, well-mannered pup who’s ready to leave shelter life behind and find his forever home.
Why volunteers adore him:
- Knows his basic commands and is eager to please
- Loves romping in the yard and splashing in a kiddie pool
- Enjoys relaxing and hanging out with people
- Gets along with friendly dogs (slow introductions recommended)
- Calm and happy outside the shelter—even if he barks when folks walk by his kennel, it’s just his way of saying he’s ready for something better
