Boulder County real estate continues to outperform many Colorado markets heading into summer.

Single-family homes in Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, and Erie are still seeing strong buyer demand, limited inventory, and steady price appreciation.

📈 Key Highlights:
• Median home price: $912,500
• Prices up 4.2% year-over-year
• Homes selling at 99.1% of asking price
• Inventory remains tight at 2.9 months supply

While the condo and townhome market has become more balanced, overall market conditions remain healthy and stable.
