Ultrasound Raffle for Stella 🎟️
Stella’s Story 💛
Stella is a precious little girl and such a ray of sunshine to everyone who knows her. After Stella’s mom noticed that her stomach was protruding and felt a mass, doctors discovered that Stella has a Wilms tumor. Stella has already been through a major surgery to remove the tumor and one of her kidneys, and the tumor weighed nearly 2 pounds. Doctors also removed lymph nodes for testing, and Stella’s family is now waiting on pathology results that will help determine the next steps. Stella will need chemotherapy and possibly radiation and even surgery involving her lung. Doctors are also concerned about a birthmark on Stella’s face and related findings on the right side of her body, adding even more uncertainty to an already overwhelming time.
