Wasn’t the best night had to overcome some obstacles but still managed a top 10.
Started out the night winning the heat race in a must win or to the B situation as we started on the pole. Not a lot of passing in other heats that would start Cruz inside second row of the feature. That was about as good as it got as a so called veteran driver just drove through the side of him in the first corner of the first lap. This shuffled him back to about 12th. Had a yellow with about 11 to go and the car was just getting very tight. He said he could barely hang on to it and managed a 10th place. After checking tires and stagger the left rear grew to 8.25lbs 😳 and he had 3 1/2” of stagger so I would say driver did a great job!!

On to the next one!

We went P6 tonight at Miami County Raceway in A Wing! 27 cars tonight was a great field on a tricky track. This is what makes this place the best micro track around and great place for a young driver to learn. The heat started 3rd and finished 2nd getting us straight to the feature. Got up to 5th and caught a yellow with a few to got and finished a strong 6th. Cruz ran a great race!

If anyone is interested in sponsoring or putting Cruz in a car for the remainder of the season please message us. Last night may have been the last race of the season unless we can get some funding to finish the year out.
