After being reported missing since March 20, 2024, in Houston, Texas, Samya M. Gutierrez has reportedly been located.

According to the information shared, Samya was 16 years old when she was reported missing. Her recent booking information lists a date of October 1, 2026, with the Cameron County Jail in Brownsville, Texas.

John Allen Rubio, convicted in the 2003 murders of his three children in Brownsville, is back at the Carrizales-Rucker Detention Center, according to booking information dated October 2.

Rubio’s return comes as legal proceedings continue over whether he is mentally competent to be executed. His ex*****on has reportedly been scheduled for November 12, 2026.

Jesus Angel has been missing since September 23rd and was last seen at Rivera High School on September 24th.
