Christian Fellowship at Bowdoin

Christian Fellowship at Bowdoin Read scripture, speak to God about men, speak to men about God. We are a non-denominational community of Christian students at Bowdoin College.

We meet for daily prayer, large-group Bible studies on Wednesday evenings, worship at local congregations on Sundays, and other occasional fellowship nights. The Christian Fellowship at Bowdoin is a chapter of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship and a member of the Consortium for Christian Study Centers. We also partner with the Augustine Collective to publish an annual magazine of Christian thought

, the Bowdoin Agathos, which you can learn more about on the Agathos blog: https://agathosjournal.wordpress.com. You can find us at the Joseph and Alice McKeen Study Center, located just across the street from the Bowdoin tennis courts at 65 Harpswell Road, Brunswick, ME, 04011. Everyone is more than welcome to attend our events, regardless of religious experience or background! We are happy to answer any questions, which may be sent by messaging this page or e-mailing one of our student leaders:

We were blessed to host the First Baptist Church of Freeport today for their Sunday morning service at the Joseph and Alice McKeen Study Center while the power is still out at their church building. God has provided for his people in the aftermath of this storm!

Tomorrow morning is our first morning prayer meeting of the year! We gather at 7:30 before classes Monday-Friday to read the bible and pray together. It is a great way to start the day off spiritually, and we usually get breakfast together afterwards for some additional fellowship. We meet on the Art Museum Steps in good weather and in the Chapel if it rains (or snows!!).

Feel free to come to breakfast at Moulton with us if you sleep through prayer time. We're often found in the side rooms and usually some of us stay until 9:00.
