Hello everyone,

The Babble magazine is currently looking for short story submissions for our Winter 2012 issue. For those of you who saw our Fall issue, we are looking to expand our story section beyond only Bowdoin experiences (but you are still welcome to write about Bowdoin too). These stories should be approx. 600 words, can be something you have already written, and will be published anonymously. Due to printing deadlines we will need these submissions by the end of the week.
If you have any questions or want to send a submission please email me, Luke Drabyn, Kenneth Hsia, or Tomas Donatelli Pittfield.

Thanks, and have a great week!

Passionate for politics? Consider writing an editorial for the Babble that will appear in its first ever issue. Distribution is slated for mid-October.

The Babble is currently seeking two Bowdoin students to write opposing editorials on the topic of the 2012 presidential election. Specifically, our team is looking for one student to argue in favor for the Obama/Biden administration, and the other for Mitt Romney and his recently chosen vice presidential candidate, representative Paul Ryan of Wisconsin. Editorials should be brief—approximately 400-500 words.

Interested students should send an email to [email protected].
