Why I love systems.

As our cruise was getting ready to board, I took this short video to demonstrate how important it is to have good systems.

If you’re in dentistry and you want to be successful, you too, should love systems because when you plug great people in to proven systems you’ll have success. ❤️❤️🛳️

One of my favorite quotes is "Make it easy for people to do what you WANT them to do and hard for them to do what you DON'T want them to do."

Take time to pause!

As you read this, I’m on my way to an Alaskan cruise out of Seattle. 🛳️

I don’t always follow my own advice about self-care, but I’m looking forward to this for many reasons.

1️⃣ This is our first vacation since my spinal cord injury.
2️⃣ It’s our first cruise ever. Yep, that’s right. We've never cruised before because of the crowds and the space.
3️⃣ I’m opening myself up to what’s ahead. [Sunny skies for sure! 🌞]

And, I'm so excited because great things are happening with ICON Dental Partners that have me extremely optimistic on so many levels for the dental industry.

I encourage you to celebrate our Independence on the 4th and make that short gratitude list. 🎆

Welcome, February. The month of love truly has a special place in MY ❤️.

Chuck and I spent a wonderful weekend away in reconnecting and reflection and I was reminded of so much love in my life.

💙All the support I've received since my TIA. (American Heart Month makes me a bit emotional.)
💙My mom Cecilia's birthday is February 1st and she was looking down this weekend when we saw St. Cecilia's church and thought of her.
💙1 year ago we celebrated my sweet sister Lou’s life the same weekend…the restaurant where we ate LuLu’s was definitely a sign from above.
💙Our midnight retreat moments by the fire were the icing on the cake.

Last week I had a magnificent time at Seattle Study Club Symposium in Key Biscayne. Seattle Study Club

🌞Reunited with many industry friends and colleagues. Being with such a next-level group of humans is always a plus! Fun, learning, and laughing is the way to do it. Marni Blythe had a book box opening with her new work with Tiffany Wuebben. 📘Ian McNickle did a fabulous job helping a large number of doctors understand how ICON Dental Partners is disrupting the DSO landscape with a new kind of DPO. 🎤 Also, a partner with SSC, the only of this type, ever! It was a huge success! 💯🎉
