If your hair is feeling frizzy and dry, these healthy hair habits may be just what you need 💆🏻‍♀️

A misconception I hear a lot is that air drying is better than blow drying, but in reality leaving your hair wet for too long can cause more bad than good!

Remember: hair is most fragile when it is wet. If you want your hair to be stronger, shinier, healthier, and smoother then it’s time to learn how to properly blow dry it (or you can just come get blowouts with me of course) 🩵
