The development of the former Record Theatre building, and, now renovations underway for the 1762 Main Street building may spark investment interest from other private sector sources.

A driver failed to yield for an ambulance at the intersection of Mapleton and Townline Roads in Pendleton, causing a crash. Both vehicles then drifted through the intersection when the ambulance struck the 16-year-old bystander.

A 16-year-old boy was taken to ECMC Thursday afternoon with non-life threatening injuries after being struck by an ambulance on Mapleton Road in the Town of Pendleton.

Cheektowaga Police Department investigate a man confronted by a watchdog group over planning to meet a teenage boy he thought he had been speaking with online.

Earlier this week, members of a local watchdog group confronted a man at the Walden Galleria, who had thought he was meeting with a teen. Cheektowaga police are actively investigating the incident, though no charges have been filed. More from WBEN:
