THANK YOU EVERYONE! Forgive us for being a couple days behind, but what a day we had on Saturday! We want to thank every one of you that had a hand in how awesome the day was.
We know summer time is always a busy time of year, so we are super appreciative of the support we received on Saturday. Whether you are local, traveled from out of town, it was your first Buffalo TCG Con, you’ve been to every Buffalo TCG Con, or whatever else, thank you so much for joining us this past weekend. There’s nothing better than putting in the work and seeing so many happy faces throughout the venue!
As always, our vendors were rockstars this weekend. Yet again, we heard from a bunch of attendees about positive interactions with vendors. We know that there’s a million things going on in the summer, so thank you to the vendors who decided to join us and killed it last weekend.
Thank you to our amazing sponsors! Eileen’s Bakery once again delivered with the delicious custom cookies, Three W’s TCG & More and Professor Sam’s Card Shop both joined us to vend again and both had an incredible selection of items to choose from, and everyone was over the moon to get their custom card from Gametime XP. Please go visit their locations, support them, and tell them the Buffalo TCG Con sent you!
We know that some were upset with the use of AI in the custom card, and for that we are sorry. We have had incredible local artists at our shows and we are always very proud to have them join us. It was never our intention to disrespect the work of artists, in the slightest bit. We were so excited to bring a fun, unique perk to the show that the origin of the design itself was an oversight. Like every aspect of our show, we try to improve every single time. We will do better going forward!
Thank you to our venue, The Powerhouse. In our opinion, it’s the best venue in WNY and they are super easy to work with. Their support allows us to put our ideas into action and allow us to do what we do.
