This is Art. I was able to interview him for a recent project. He is a Kurdish-American that has biked 5,000 miles across the US, and is an all around amazing human.

I was struck by his attitude towards his craft... I could see how strongly he felt about "doing a good job." I felt his pride, his thankfulness for the opportunity to build a career, and his joy. That attitude has brought him to a top position in his career.

He was a reminder that being able to practice a craft and continue growing is a gift. Thanks Art! You rock!
