After a 5–1 senior day win over Saint Peter’s and a huge Battle of the Bridge victory against Niagara, Canisius women’s soccer is heading to the MAAC Tournament as the No. 3 seed! The Griffs will host Marist this Sunday at the Demske for a quarterfinal showdown — let’s pack the stands and show our support! ⚽

This week is Peter Neville, our talented Assistant Sports Editor! Peter is a senior majoring in Sports Broadcasting and Journalism! ⚾️🏟️

A fun fact about Peter is that he has worked on over 100 sports broadcasts while at Canisius! (danggg)

With midterms on the horizon, Dr. Erin Robinson is helping students slow down and reconnect — one yoga session at a time. 🌿

Her free on-campus yoga classes invite students of all levels to pause, breathe, and find balance amid the semester rush. “Sometimes stepping outside our comfort zone is what gives us the most comfort,” Dr. Robinson said.

Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4–5 p.m. in Upper Palisano.
