Bravery Beats LLC Enthusiastic social media strategist & coach with a passion for helping others show up authentically This experience ignited a flame within me.

I am an enthusiastic social media consultant and coach with a knack for helping businesses and individuals shine online by showing up as their true selves. I love inspiring individuals to be more raw and real because the world needs more authenticity online. By day, I proudly serve as the Social Media Director at Telesco Creative Group, a full-service marketing and creative agency in Buffalo. (If

you’re located in Buffalo and need some help, give us a call.) By night, I am the founder of Bravery Beats, a coaching consultancy with a knack for helping online entrepreneurs stand out and make noise on social media. I am also the proud founder of Gluten-Free Good Neighbor, a blog dedicated to helping individuals more easily adapt to the gluten-free lifestyle. Prior to entering the agency side, I served as the Digital Marketing Manager at the Buffalo Niagara Partnership where I was responsible for website development, social media and content marketing. Before being promoted to Digital Marketing Manager, I worked as the Content Marketing Specialist. In this role, I successfully increased traffic to the organization’s website by over 100 percent, and increased engagement on Twitter by 115 percent through the creation of a content editorial calendar, content and social media marketing strategy. In March 2015, I was selected as one of 80 individuals to participate in Seth Godin’s Ruckusmakers workshop. I felt inspired to start helping others build their personal brands and businesses through creative, strategic digital marketing. september-2015-1269

Before working at Buffalo’s regional chamber of commerce, I worked for The Buffalo News as the Digital Project Coordinator. Throughout my time at The Buffalo News, I developed an interest in using data as a way to shape a social media marketing strategy. I also started blogging and learning more about inbound marketing. I became fascinated by the multitude of ways that blogging enabled me to connect with people all over the world; my blog became an outlet to share information and advice, and help other people solve their problems. Feeling a need to give back, in 2012 I started volunteering for The Senase Project, a nonprofit focused on eradicating poverty through community development in Ghana. Throughout my volunteership, I enabled the organization to grow its presence on social media and implemented the Sponsor A Student program, which has provided financial and emotional support to 13 students at the Akatim Village School. A graduate of the University at Buffalo‘s 3-2 program, I have my BS and MBA with a concentration in marketing. My values: bravery, transparency, creativity, self-awareness and honesty. My passions: learning, social media marketing, blogging, yoga, photography and making a ruckus.

Saturday was one of the most fun and fulfilling days of my career. 🤓✨

We hosted our very first "Get Styled By Our Ambassadors" event at Goodwill of Western New York —and wow, what a day!

We turned the store into a pop-up styling experience, showing just how accessible, affordable, and expressive thrifting can be. People of all ages and backgrounds came in looking for a refresh, and left with full outfits and full hearts. 💕

The absolute best part? Watching folks step out of the fitting rooms radiating confidence—grinning, spinning, and feeling more like themselves than ever.

To my ambassadors: thank you. I’m endlessly proud of each of you. Your positivity, inclusivity, and ability to make every single guest feel seen and supported is what made this event so magical. ✨ You constantly remind us all that style isn’t about price tags—it’s about self-expression, joy, and community.

Stay tuned—because you'll have the chance to join us next time to be styled for summer! We can't wait to do it again. 🌞👗👕

Goodwill helped more than 30 people make ends meet on Saturday. They hosted a styling event at their West Seneca location to show how fun, community-driven and accessible secondhand shopping can be.

Public speaking isn’t just something I do for work — it’s something that fuels me on a cellular level as a human being. 💡✨

Every time I step on stage, I feel a deep responsibility — not just to educate, but to ignite a feeling of excitement and empowerment in others.

Watching people have 'AHA' moments, and seeing their faces light up with new ideas, is what makes my heart soar. 🚀 When you can see the light in someone eyes burn brighter, because they feel a newfound sense of confidence and clarity about HOW to do something... man, that feeling is truly addicting.

Seeing people start to show up online in a way that feels authentic to them means everything to me. 🤍

It's so much less about me as the speaker, and so much more about the transformation that happens in the audience. 💯 THAT is why I love this work and it's why I'll continue using my voice to help inspire others to use theirs. 🎤💙

I had the best time last night presenting at nawbowny all about how to build your personal brand with confidence and clarity. ⚡️

I shared about the why self-awareness is critical for building a strong brand, what makes up a strong personal brand and how to launch 🚀 one effectively - especially on social media. 🤠 The room was filled with bright, bold and brilliant women that inspire ME, and I’m so grateful for opportunities like this to grow my network *and* share my expertise at the same time!

Thank you SO MUCH for having me!!
