NEW: An arrest has been made in the 2022 deadly shooting of local musician James Hallenbeck.

Rahjule Keeton, 21, was arrested yesterday afternoon by members of the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department Warrant Squad and the United States Marshal’s Violent Felony Fugitive Task Force.
