I absolutely love by Bonafide. The I
Submitted in the photo was made after only 4 weeks of use during a clinical trial. I continued taking it for and additional 2 months and it had made a world of a difference.

I had reduced - as I call them - from like 6-12 a day to 3-4 a day with less intensity from about a 8-10 with extreme sweating to 2-4 mild dampness on my skin!

I was significantly less irritable!

I was able to get to sleep faster after waking up in the middle of the night!

While my persisted the intensity had declined where as I could still drive, get to my appointment, go to the store, etc. Before taking Thermella my migraine would keep me in my bed, with lights off & in silence.

I'll add that it's ingredients being makes me particularly pleased as I do not like to take "medicine" because of .

If you have someone in your life that is or who seems to be a different person - do them a favor and put this in their hands. The person you once new might come back to you after 2-3 weeks of taking this!

Now that the trial is over ~ I would give it a 5 star at this point. Especially since being without my supply for about 2 weeks I realized the importance of this product in my life. If anyone that knows, loves and supports me wants to get me something for - look no further - ‼️

Thank you, Bonafide for changing how women do Menopause!

I was asked by PlugShare to answer a survey about my thoughts on Plug-Ins since I been driving 2024 Kia Niro for work. The survey responders will shape future discussions and legislation around EV - see photos. I encourage all EV drivers to answer the survey if it comes to your email!

At the end of the survey you can make any further thoughts/comments/suggestions so here were mine!

"I would not recommend plug-in EV at this time to my friends and family for several reasons.

1) There aren't enough places nearby to charge in Buffalo, NY.

2) The charging stations that are closest within walking distance are in parking lots that you must pay to get in and access the charging station.

3) These charging stations that are in parking lots that you must pay to get access are AC chargers so you can't do quick charging which means you pay higher amount to park longer in addition to paying to charge the car.

4) There are stations that are closest and accessible are located in open parking lots restricted for residents and tenants ONLY and you take a chance leaving it there.

5) These open parking lots that have access without paying are all AC charges so you risk getting towed/ticketsed if you leave overnight.

6) There isn't any standard pricing for fast charging or slow charging. So you never really know how much it's going to cost to fully charge the vehicle whether you are using it for AC or DC.

7) The DC charging stations from Buffalo and surrounding areas - all the way to Syracuse, NY and Ithaca, NY and surrounding areas - are all inconsistent with the amount of kwH you get. So if you plan on charging for 30 minutes at a charging station the kwH output may be lower and you end up there for 1 hours or longer.

8) I currently have 5 apps installed on my phone for EV charging stations. I have had to delete things on my phone so that I can find charging stations when I travel for work or leisure. There should be one app where you can access them all.

9) Thankfully, my Kia Niro notifies me of nearby AC/DC stations when the EV is getting low on battery but it doesn't let me know the rates, if they are occupied, if they are accessible to the public without charge, if it's private property accessible to tenants and residents. So you might get there and not be able to charge the EV.

Overall, I don't think there's enough charging stations, regulation on pricing and definitely on kwH output at stations. So because of all of this I wouldn't recommend EV to my family and friends until these things are sorted out in the best interest of those choosing to be EV drivers."

I was recently away with family to avoid the Blizzard of 2022 that Buffalo, NY was tragically a victim of and had lost my credit card. The new card was not sent as expected before my actual family vacation.

During that vacation in Mexico my dear daughter took care of anything that was able to be paid for by credit cards. The rest of this time we paid in pesos.

We were 3 days from coming back to the states via Orlando, FL when my Dad ended up in ICU. So we cancelled our flight to Buffalo & reserved a rental car via Thrifty to drive 2.5 hours to Jacksonville, FL. When that didn't pann out because I didn't have a credit card and I couldn't use my debit card because we didn't have a return flight AND my daughter doesn't have a license in order to use her credit card we were stuck with a viable alternative.

My dear daughter had found an App called Turo but we couldn't get the vehicle we chose until the next day. We were excited for this app and we both began the process of putting our vehicles on the platform so we can earn money when we weren't using our cars.

We shopped for goodies and went to a hotel to rest that night and at noon the next day the vehicle was dropped off.

The ONLY reason for 5 ⭐ I gave in app is because "Continental" went to Great Lengths to make sure that Turo did the right thing when the car unfortunately & unexpectedly became disabled. He called on my behalf. He messaged & emailed them on my behalf. He communicated with the tow truck company. He was with me every step of the way. Trying to help. He offered what the platform owners themselves are lacking. Compassion and genuine concern for me and my family.

Turo however sucks at timing & customer service. If you have a similar unfortunate turn of events during your 'rental' they are the WORST at trying to make things right. Be ready for hold times that exceed 2 hours because they are all overseas and clearly not very many available after certain times of day. And don't think that they're really going to have a solution. They transfer you to someone else that repeats what was already said. Then you have to call multiple times because what they offer as a solution and what actually happens is 2 different things. Plus the towing companies they have were just as rude as inept as they were in timing and communication skills.

But just in case this platform is your only option BE FOREWARNED.

Turo asked several times for me to rate & give them feedback over the last week. Well this is what I wrote:

"The Uber voucher that I received was not enough! I was 2.5 hours away and it cost me $148 to go back to the original market Orlando. All this after having to deal with the vehicle that had to be towed back to the owner 2.5 hours away after it broke down. That process alone took 12 hours from the moment I reported the problem to when the tow truck sent photos that were REQUIRED before I can even get another vehicle.

This cost me over 29 hours of my time. My Dad was in ICU at the hospital and I couldn't even focus on him while trying to resolve this. Over 7 hours between hold times and speaking to reps that are all foreigner with no real solutions.

I'll never use this app again. 'Customer Service' is a lie! The policies to get credit, another vehicle and a voucher that only got me halfway to Orlando from Jacksonville are clear proof that the owners are the most selfish & most unethical and uncompassionate people I've ever dealt with.

To think I was going to put my cars to work with this app. Not happening.

Where the Forest Meets the Stars ~ a Novel by Glendy Vanderah
Lake Union Publishing, Seattle, WA (2019)

I found this book in a "Little Library" that was stationed poolside in a housing development in Clearwater, Florida in February 2021.

I started reading it there too see if it's something I could get into. It was. I probably read a little less than half of the book while I invested 3 weeks in various parts of Florida with my family & friends.

Of course, life got the best of me with regard to time and I picked the book up on and off for the past (nearly) 2 years. Sometimes even misplacing the book during this same time frame while traveling throughout New York.

No matter how much time passed I would pick up right where I left off and be immediately drawn back into the storyline.

This book is about a child, named Ursa, that is searching for unconditional love in a very interesting and unexpecting way as she stumbled upon Jo!

Ursa also believes she can manifest magical moments and as it's all laid out - you too will be convinced that she has done just THAT! I definitely identified with Ursa and Jo equally in many instances throughout the book.

You would enjoy this book if you are interested in reading about the bonds that are created when care and compassion takes precedence above ALL else. As well as, a book that has a little sprinkle of very light romance throughout.

This is Glendy Vanderah's debut Novel and as I finally finished & closed this book this first weekend of 2013, I eagerly await to read more of her novels. See the titles on her website: https://glendyvanderah.com/

Let me know in the comments if you've read Where the Forest Meets the Stars or any of this, Best-selling Author, Glendy Vanderah's other books! Also, let me know what you most appreciated about this novel.

So have you ever downloaded an app at the urging of another app through an advertisement?

Yeah!?

And did you ever accidentally purchase anything!?

Yeah!?

And did you ever ask for refund for the accidental purchase?!?

Yeah!?

And have you ever received a refund partial or full?

Yeah!?

IF you have received a refund; how long before you actually received the Refund?

Right Away!?

Yes? No? Maybe soo..

Well let me explain how Right Away it was for me!!!

So I'm sitting here in my car waiting for parking. I'm mining my Pi* and then I see an ad for DealDash. It's an app that I've seen over the years and I was always curious about it but I did not know how it worked. And it was just 11:30 AM and I had until 1 PM before alternative side parking restrictions ended so I thought to busy myself with finding out what DealDash was REALLY about!

So the Gemini in me starts clicking through the app to see what was what. I clicked on a button and I noticed a "Checkout With..." list which I thought was just verifying how I would pay if I ever wanted to bid on something in the future. But in fact what I did was click to actually buy 500 bids and entering my PayPal information did just that! 😭

In the midst of me being on the app I had the sudden & strong urge to use the bathroom. But I was trying to ignore it because I didn't want to get a 🅿️ ticket. I had gotten out the car to look up and down the street to see if anything was open. I got back in the car and tried to wait for the postal truck to move so I can get the spot on the other side of it. Then someone swiped it! 😭 So I abandoned the car and rushed to go use the bathroom save an embarrassing accident.

Moments later embarrassment diverted but not before a Spanish Cat Call "Oye chiquita que tu tienes ahi?" 😂 I reached my car. No ticket... 🙌🏼

I go back to the app and click around some more. Suddenly a PayPal notification pop ups indicating $75 DealDash. At this time I did not have any money in my PayPal. So withdrawal was initiated to my other banking institution where money would be drawn out.

I start to panic and click through the app thinking I bought something on accident while I was rushing up to my mom's apartment to use the bathroom. I go back into the app to see what I bought because I did not remember buying anything. There is an area where you can check what your purchases were. And I then realized that when I was clicking through the app it asked me how I would pay for that 'particular purchase' which was 500 bids.

I wanted to go into PayPal and file a dispute. But it was a notice on PayPal saying that I need to contact the seller. I went back into the DealDash app and sent the message. I also went back into the PayPal account so that I could message the seller directly from there as well. I messaged both emails the same information about the errs of my ways.

What I realized was even before the second email was sent out through the PayPal platform I was already refunded the money. DealDash had also already sent me a customer service survey. Which heck yeah I answered! AND shared the OPTIONAL FEEDBACK (see photo).

So while a lesson was learned about the clicky-clicking! I have increased awareness and confidence that I will do business with this company in the future!

AND LASTLY and Most Importantly I ALSO wanted to Praise DealDash Custumer Service publicly with you all!!

Let me know in the comments if you've ever used DealDash; share your bidding experiences; share your winnings! Also, let me know of customer services experiences that were similar (or different) than my own!

***Review of Season Passes Packages & Add Ons 2022 as it stands on March 15th. Rates/Packages are subject to change at any time. ***

After this chat (see photos) - I still don't know how much the DRINK ADD ON & NO information available about a SNACK ADD ON option.

I DO KNOW that with the rising cost of EVERYTHING - we'll likely skip out on Six Flags this Year. The DINING PASSES with snacks kept us coming back weekly for an entire day of fun without having to fuss about packing snacks & dinner & running back and forth to the car.

With 3 people and sometimes guests it was a great deal LAST YEARS. $60/$180 DINING PASS had 1 snack; 1 entree for the entire season $40/$120. $20/$40 allowed us cups we can get drink refills all season. We had 2 cups. ($260 Total)

For 2022 - Getting Season Passes ($65/$195) Passes then adding on the Dining Pass ($40/$120) with *no snack option* at least 3 times per pass for the entire season OR 12 visitS ($120/$360) is NOT a Great Deal. That's a START rate of $555 for a family of 3 not including the drink and snacks. AND who's child is going to walk by funnel cakes or ice cream in waffle cones and not scream and complain about wanting a snack?

Trust me... I know Business is Business and they Also have to Make Money 💵💵💵 there but we won't be part of that pool of money they make unless they Sweeten Their Deals.

If this is in your budget - y'all have fun because it's a great time once you're there and children can create lasting memories.

At this point, if we're packing snacks AND lunch AND dinner - the NY STATE PARKS, LAKES and BEACHES will be our 'GO TO' this SUMMER 2022! 🌞🌞🌞
