PUBLIC HEARING NOTICECITY OF BUFFALOAMENDMENT TO CITIZEN PARTICIPATION PLAN
Wednesday June 18 at 6:00PMNotice is hereby given that the City of Buffalo has prepared an amendment to the City’s CitizenParticipation Plan which will serve as a guide for how the City will involve citizens in the process ofdeveloping the Five-Year Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plans required by the U.S. Department ofHousing and Urban Development.The City will conduct a public hearing to present the updated plan at the following location and time:Delavan Grider Community Center, 877 E Delavan Avenue, Wednesday June 18, 6:00pm-7:30pm.The Delavan Grider Community Center is accessible to persons with physical disabilities. The City willprovide appropriate accommodations for Disabled and Limited English Proficient (LEP) persons. Personsrequiring special accommodations can make arrangements by contacting the City of Buffalo Mayor’sOffice of Strategic Planning by phone at 716- 851-4707 or email at [email protected].
Please contact at least five (5) calendar days prior to the meeting.The City will consider any comments or views of citizens received orally at the public hearing or inwriting. Following the presentation at the public hearing, the amendment to the Citizen ParticipationPlan will be posted on the City’s website (https://www.buffalony.gov/324/Consolidated-Plan-Documents), in the Mayor’s Office of Strategic Planning located in Buffalo City Hall at 65 NiagaraSquare, Room 920, and at the Central Library (Downtown Buffalo) located at 1 Lafayette Square. A 30-day public comment period will start on June 18 and end on July 18. Written comments must bereceived by July 18.

Miércoles 18 de junio a las 6:00 P.M.Por la presente se notifica que la Ciudad de Buffalo ha preparado una enmienda al Plan de ParticipaciónCiudadana de la Ciudad que servirá como guía sobre cómo la Ciudad involucrará a los ciudadanos en elproceso de desarrollo del Plan Consolidado de Cinco Años y los Planes de Acción Anuales requeridos porel Departamento de Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano de los Estados Unidos (U.S Department of Housingand Urban Development).La Ciudad llevará a cabo una audiencia pública para presentar el plan actualizado en el siguiente lugar yhora: Delavan Grider Community Center, 877 E Delavan Avenue, el miércoles 18 de junio, de 6:00 p.m. a7:30 p.m.El Delavan Grider Community Center es accesible para personas con discapacidades físicas. La Ciudadproporcionará adaptaciones apropiadas para personas con discapacidades y dominio limitado del inglés,LEP (Limited English Proficient).
