Can I testify just for a minute?! LOL I will try to give short version! I started this process back in 2021...not really knowing what to expect with the ups and downs and the emotional rollercoaster of becoming a homebuyer. This process started back in 2021 and it wasn't until 2025 God started aligning people and things in my life spiritually. I didn't know what I was really manifesting when doing my vision and prayer boards a couple of years ago leading up to now. My cousin invited me to a Parayer board party where we attached a jar with a small seed to represent "having faith of a mustard seed." I drew out my home because I am firm believer of making the vision plain!
After feeling defeated, I recited Joshua 1:3 when I went to this open house back in November
[3] Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given you ππ½ 2026 I did a New Year fast with my church which also disciplined me to read my Bible daily and journal, God started speaking to me to keep this homebuying journey private. Do not seek anyone else's opinions and fears and trust only in Him! I became intentional in my spiritual walk with God. I started seeking spiritual counsel that was unexpected. I started a Singles Ministry something completely outside my comfort zone. Things started shifting when I gave myself to God and gave him my "YES!" God started putting my name in rooms where people began showing Unbelievable Favor in my life! Fast forward to a month ago getting to my closing date I found out that I was approved for over οΏΌ100!!!
Shoutout to my God sent angels my realtor Mia Mootry from MMB that stuck it out with me and introduced me to loan officer Takeysha from Five Star Bank who both fought for me and pushed everything thru for me to get my new home! Also, special thanks to my Pastor Charles McCarley and Lady Rachel for the intimate blessing and prayer over our new home! My pain paid for this ππΎ
