Writer Sandy Starks caught up with Tim Herzog, co-founder of Flying Bison Brewing Company, Buffalo's first craft brewery. Though he’s retired, the godfather of Buffalo's brewing scene still has influence. He spoke at a press conference on the impact of tariffs at Congressman Timothy Kennedy's invitation and continued to carry that message to various media outlets throughout the first half of the year.
