Some people talk about resilience. Others live it.

Pasha Palanker is a combat veteran, two-time Purple Heart recipient, and also earned a Bronze Star with Valor.

But what stood out most in this conversation wasn’t just what he’s been through—it’s how he continues to show up.

We talked about trauma, mental wellness, and what it really takes to keep moving forward when life doesn’t go as planned. And despite a recent close call during a jump at Virginia Tech, Pasha is still out there—still jumping into stadiums, still representing something bigger than himself.

That’s not adrenaline. That’s purpose. That’s patriotism.

**Coming soon**

🎙️ Full episode dives into:
– What resilience actually looks like after trauma
– The mental side of high-performance environments
– Why purpose can carry you through what strength alone can’t
