Some people judge the choices you make simply because they would never make them themselves.

In real estate, business, and life, I have learned that you have to live in your own skin, not anyone else’s. You have probably seen in the past some videos about my hair transplant or my wife Debbie’s facelift. We talk about it openly because we are not trying to hide anything. We did it for one simple reason. If you look in the mirror every day, see something that pulls you down, and you have the chance to fix it, why wouldn’t you? Feeling better about yourself is not vanity. It is taking care of yourself the same way you take care of your health, your work, or your home.

And it never looks the same for everyone. What works for me might not be what works for you. What you would never do might be exactly what someone else needs to get their confidence back. Happiness is personal. The goal is not to age a certain way or present yourself a certain way. The goal is to feel like the best version of yourself when you walk out the door.

Joe Rogan once said something that hit me harder than most advice I’ve heard. I built my entire morning routine around it.

He said do something hard before you leave the house, preferably something that makes you sweat. Once I heard that, I stopped treating it like a suggestion and started treating it like a standard.

Now I stack as many wins as I can before I even step outside. A real breakfast that actually fuels me. A moment to treat my wife and kids the way they deserve so the house feels right. A workout that forces me to push past whatever excuse pops up.

By the time I close the front door, I’m already operating with momentum. Most people start the day at zero. I like starting ahead.

What are you doing to make yourself better before you even leave the house?

My 1 Rule For My Wife…

Most people feel forced into a decision because they often feel like they only have one option.

In real estate, I always give two offers. One offer traps people in a yes or no corner. Two offers make them think and choose. It gives them control and keeps the deal alive.

Life works the same way. People get stuck because they only see one path. But when you step back and give yourself another option even something simple like applying for a different job, trying a new schedule, or changing the way you approach your day, you feel the pressure lift. You think clearer because you are not boxed into one outcome. Options give you room to move.

Are you giving yourself more than one way forward or are you choosing the same routine that is holding you back?

What’s the inside of your car look like? Is it full of old cups, Slurpee containers, and fast food bags sitting in the back seat? Do you have stuff rolling around on the floor that should have been thrown out a week ago?

I have a simple belief. Your car tells on you. If you are willing to live in that kind of chaos, it usually means you are slipping in other places too. Maybe you are not taking care of your health the way you should. Maybe your discipline is off. Maybe the small habits you let slide are showing up in your work, your relationships, or your energy.

The car is just the first sign. The real question is what else are you letting pile up without even noticing?
