Ingrid creates a student-centered environment that allows students to work on their personal goals as a vocalist and artist. She emphasizes vocal strength, health, and flexibility within their personal artistic style and genre. Ingrid works on enhancing the sound the artist is looking to achieve through artist development and emphasizes strengthening musicality skills through ear training and phrasing. She works with beginners to advanced singers and with all ages catering each class to the specific needs and goals of the student.
Ingrid Schnell is a vocal instructor and has been coaching in the LA area for the past 10 years. She’s focuses on vocal technique, voice science, vocal health, and has been a part of both Speech Level Singing and Vocology in Practice. Ingrid has worked on recording sessions with actors and singers on Disney's show "Dog With a Blog," Break Entertainment, and Matchstick Music. She’s also coached artists on Disney, Nickelodeon, The Voice, X-Factor, BMG, Break Entertainment, national tours, cruise lines, regional theater, and more. She is currently serving on the board of Vocology in Practice and has had the opportunity to share her knowledge on artistry and voice to different voice teacher networks.
Ingrid is currently teaching out of her studio under Los Angeles Songwriting School in Burbank.
