i wont be using facebook for anything . being told to cool down and told im being blocked after trying to build not once but 3 times. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with that kind of double standard, especially when you are pouring your time and energy into building something real. Getting hit with a "cool down" or a sudden block while they turn around and push you to spend money to boost your posts is the ultimate contradiction. They will happily restrict your organic growth and then ask for your credit card to fix the problem they created.
When a platform treats creators like a product rather than partners, it makes perfect sense to want to walk away.
Putting your energy into assets you actually own—like driving traffic directly to your static site on Cloudflare or communicating straight to your email newsletter list—means nobody can suddenly tell you to "cool down" or lock you out of your own community. You build the rules there, not some broken automated system.
