While Abstract VT didn’t take home “Best Local Podcast” at this year’s Seven Daysies, I was honored to attend the party as a finalist. 🎙️🎉 It was my first time attending the party, and the very first time I had ever been on the ballot.

It was a fantastic experience, and I’m truly grateful to everyone who voted and supported the show.

We’ll be talking all things writing and journalism in today’s age, and will get to know Ella more on a personal level, learning about her hobbies & inspirations.

Fun side quest alert ‼️ I will be hosting a session for this year’s Public Philosophy Week centered around the topic of storytelling.

Join me at Onyx Tonics tomorrow at 6:30pm to discuss the philosophy behind impactful storytelling & to get the chance to workshop the stories you are trying to tell—whether that be the brand story behind your small business, a podcast episode idea you’re looking to flush out, a presentation you’re planning, or an album concept you’re trying to promote. All are welcome! 💛

We will:
🌸 Have a meaningful conversation about what makes a good story and storyteller
🌸 Workshop the stories you are hoping to build out in your own personal/professional world
🌸 Get the chance to hear from others about their stories & meet new people!

As someone who identifies as a storyteller in many respects, both professionally in my career working in PR and also in my personal life as a podcast host & musician, I greatly look forward to hosting this session and hope you will join me. ☺️
