12 years ago, Get Stoked! Records was created by Mikey Wierzbicki, Matt Kimball, and Justin Gonyea to help support friends who were making music. We also always tried to help our friends in need outside of this, whether it was hosting benefit shows or putting out benefit releases. It's time for us to help out one our own.

Mikey's mother, Charlene, passed away on October 24th and Mikey has been struggling to pay his expenses. A friend, Martha Pullen, put together a GoFund me to help Mikey with some of his expenses but Matt, Justin, and our good friends Spencer Crispe and Bobby Hackney Jr. decided we wanted to do something to help that was also in the spirit of Get Stoked! Records. Charlene was always so supportive of music, an awesome person, and a wonderful Mother. Get Stoked! Records wouldn't exist it if it wasn't for Charlene and we wanted to commemorate her in a way that we knew how.

Introducing for a limited time: the Get stoked! Records "Charlene" Black Metal shirt, in memory of Charlene A. Patch from Rutland, Vermont. Artwork by Rotting Reign (Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada) and the shirts will be printed by La Mercheria (Seattle, WA). All funds raised will go directly to Mikey to help with expenses he has. Get Stoked! Records co-founder, Mikey X recently lost his mother and on top of that is experiencing some serious financial hardship. He just learned he needs a new furnace among other debts and expenses. Please help him out and spread the word!
