My Bricklyn, VT friend Walt Brickman just forwarded to me a photo of the Rogue Schoolers' group photo taken during their recent trip to Alsace. Their guide, Almondy Brickner is in the front row wearing her trademark scarf and hat. Coincidentally, the Rogue Schoolers were in Alsace at about the same time as we were.

Walt told me The Bricklyn Eagle will be running an article about their trip sometime in the next two or three weeks. He mentioned that it will be written by Bricklyn Eagle "People in the News" columnist Gloria Vanderbrick, who was part of the Rogue Schoolers' group.

As some of you may know, travel from Bricklyn, VT to France has skyrocketed since Bricklyn became part of the French Republic's "Outre Mer" last May 15th. In case you missed the series of Bricklyn Eagle articles covering the chain of events that led to this historic step, go to: https://bricklynvt.com/2025/05/15/bricklynjoinsfrance/ -- and then work your way back in time. A key factor in the surge in travel has been the initiation of direct flights to France on Brick Air's new jets.

NEWS ALERT -- POSTED 25 MAY 2026, 9:05PM EDST

The Bricklyn Eagle has just learned of a "rumor" circulating in Bricklyn that The Palace Cinema in downtown Bricklyn is actually a miniature replica of a theatre used by a giant race of alien people called Humans, who call it the Grauman's Chinese Theatre from a place called "Hollywood."

Making matters even worse, the rumor speaks of there being, at a minimum, 100,000 replicas Bricklyn's Palace Cinema in Outland homes worldwide.

The above news alert is only available to Outlanders (like you) and to the very small number of Bricklynites who are Kyndige, and thus aware of the existence of the Outland / Human world.

We have also learned that Kyndige members of The Samfundet have just met to discuss how to control and respond to this rumor. Every effort is being made to call the rumor "fake news" to avoid the psychic chock of Bricklynites learning that they are characters "living' in a simulated reality.

Fortunately, the rumor is so outlandish that it is unlikely to take root, unlike the so-called rumor several years ago that Bricklyn had somehow been "relocated" while Bricklynites had been placed in a state of suspended animation. This led to intense anxiety and feelings of spatial dislocation for many Bricklynites.
