We are so excited to once again have the feral and magical “Alchemy for Cells & Other Beasts” by and back in print. We grateful for the many readers who keep finding this book and sharing it with others— it’s tough for a small press like ours to sell more than 500, so to get past 750 with this book speaks to the power of this collaboration between these two amazing Northwest artists. We’re moving all our orders over to our incredible distributor or ask for it at your favorite local. MUCH GRATITUDE! 🙏

That time of the year where you start to think, "Where the f*** is it going? How is it the middle of February already!?!?!?!" It's probably a good thing I had not a single resolution. ⁣

Here's a lovely poem on the passage of time, "January" by poetry crush from "Black Roses." We only have a handful of these left and they would make a most lovely valentines gift for the poet in your life.⁣ If you are in Seattle, is carrying them or order online from us or .

I was hoping amaryllis season would coincide with hosting Margin Shift on Saturday night— alas, not quite! We are excited to host the next version of this long-running series at ERB HQ. A stellar line up of readers, including Prageeta Sharma whom we last got to hear on the 42nd floor of our temporary home! Cannot wait to hear her again and all these other writers!

Victor and I are delighted to host the long-running Margin Shift: Friends in Poetry series in our living room on Saturday night.

Deborah Woodard and Matthew Trease always curate a fantastic line up and Saturday's is no exception with some visiting writers that you might otherwise never hear— Prageeta Sharma, with her latest collection, Onement Won, prose writer extraordinaire Teresa Carmody, Giorgio de Chirico translator Stefania Heim, and Kale Kim, whose first collection, Mele, was recently released.

Doors at 6:30 and reading at 7 pm.
733 25th Ave S.

Mask still very much welcome but not required and we'll still be running our extra air filters.
