The same rich, chewy brown butter sourdough cookie you know and love—with a summer twist! Packed with melty chocolate, gooey marshmallows, and graham cracker pieces, this cookie brings all the classic campfire s'mores flavor without needing a fire.

My chocolate chip scone base packed with orange zest and topped with a refreshing orange glaze.

Remember when I was surprised by everyone’s love of scones?
Well this week was a record breaker over here and I just want to say THANK YOU.

Also, as summer settles in, life gets a little busier around here with more family time, more adventures with my kids, and a little less time spent on social media. Because of that, every like, share, comment, recommendation, and review truly makes a difference in helping Batch + Boule continue to grow.

✨ Flaky Sea Salt ✨

The real MVP of my Brown Butter Chocolate Chunk Sourdough Cookies 👏🏼

But the magic starts long before they hit the oven.
Each batch of cookie dough is hand-scooped and then cold fermented for up to 12 hours before baking.

That slow fermentation helps develop a deeper flavor, a chewier texture, and can even make them a little easier on the gut compared to traditional cookies.

Finished with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt, these cookies strike the perfect balance of sweet and salty. 🤎

BUT—can we talk about the scones for a second?! 🫶

I honestly never expected them to become this loved over the past few months. One of the funniest parts about being a baker is that you truly never know what’s going to be the hit item — sometimes the things you least expect end up becoming customer favorites!

Seeing how excited everyone gets over each week’s flavors has been the sweetest surprise, and I’m SO thankful for all the love you’ve shown them lately 🤍
