SEEING REDD PRODUCTIONS will never ask associated artists to contribute a DIME for their services. While volunteers are welcomed and greatly appreciated, SEEING REDD was founded on the principle that artists deserve to be compensated for their work and are the first people paid when money comes in. Funds from any source (record sales, tickets, royalties, etc) are broken down with the following formula to ensure the artist is ALWAYS paid for their hard work and that the company is able to maintain day-to-day operations.

COMPANY CUT: 50% of the Company take ($.25 of every dollar) goes into the Trust Fund to provide financial security for the business. The other 50% is split in half again ($.12.5) and half is shared evenly with everyone behind the scenes that makes the business run; directors, in-house artists, etc. The other half is put back into the business to upgrade equipment, improve facilities and continue the betterment of the company. ARTIST CUT: 50% of the ARTIST CUT ($.12.5) is promised and delivered in-full to the artist who's name appears on the finished product (be it an individual or group). The other half ($.12.5) of the artist cut is evenly distributed between the non-named artists and technicians that made the finished product possible; graphic designer, engineer, proof-reader etc).
