Along with offering spiritual support for those devastated by flash flooding, pray for the Hammond family as they deal with the loss of their daughter Malaya, who went to Faith Academy.

Join us this Thursday at 6:00pm for a special Community Worship Night.

We plan to gather in the Student Center, but if our campus is still being used as a staging area, we’ll move the evening to Rockpile Church. Final location details will be sent out Thursday morning.

This will be a time to come together — to grieve, to mourn, and to worship a God who is still good, even in the heaviness.
Grief counselors will be available for anyone who needs support. You are not alone.

Flooding Update – Important Message for Residents

Due to flooding in and around the City of Burnet, we are urging all residents to prioritize safety.

If your home is not impacted by flooding and it is safe to do so, please shelter in place and stay off the roads. Do not attempt to drive through flooded roadways or low water crossings- it only takes a small amount of moving water to sweep a vehicle away.

For those affected by flooding or in need of a safe place to go, the Burnet Community Center located at 401 East Jackson Street is open for evacuations.

Emergency personnel are actively responding to affected areas. Avoiding unnecessary travel helps keep everyone safe and allows first responders to reach those who need help.

We will continue to monitor conditions and provide updates as new information becomes available. Please stay safe and take all precautions.
