I’m guilty of constantly trying to keep busy.
I’m guilty of using that phrase as a cop out for escaping my Thoughts for if I’m not busy I overwhelm myself with Irrational thoughts.
I’m guilty of over thinking the smallest things, the stupidest things...
But I’m learning , slowly but surely that life is not about what we do , or what we have or how much we have . It is about being content where you are at!
