5-time Ultimate Suck finisher🦅 ✅ and my recovery has been the best it’s ever been! A huge part of that comes from adding one to two yoga sessions a week at PCF with Denell. The strength, mobility, and balance carry over into every mile, lift, and carry.

Grateful for the difference yoga has made in my training and recovery. 🙌

So much more to say about this weekend, but for now… here’s the proof. Matt. Nate. Michelle. Three PCF warriors who put in the hours, sacrificed the mornings, juggled life and training—and came out the other side with hardware in hand. 🏆🏆🏆

This wasn’t just about miles, weight, or time. It was about digging deep when everything said quit. It was about pushing through the grind, conquering the weekend, and embracing every ounce of the suck.

PCF Weekend AMRAP Challenge

⏱ 45-Minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)

1. Distance
• Run/Ruck/Row/Bike 400m–800m (choose your method, but push the pace!)

2. Bodyweight Circuit (10–15 reps each)
• Push-ups
• Air Squats
• Sit-ups (or V-ups)
• Walking Lunges (each leg)
• Burpees

👉 Complete the distance, then one full round of the circuit = 1 round.
👉 Keep going for 45 minutes, logging how many rounds you finish.



Post-Workout

💪 Snap a photo or video, share your total rounds/distance, and tag PCF to show the weekend grind!

Afternoons in the gym with his daughter. Extra Mile sessions stacked on top of already long days. Matt has trained through it all, balancing family, business, and life while preparing for the challenge of The Ultimate Suck.
