Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup butter, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

2 eggs

3/4 cup granulated sugar

2 tbsp flour

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix flour, butter, and powdered sugar to form a crust.

Press into a pan and bake 15 minutes.

You’ll need:

345g butter

100g cocoa

600g sugar

6 eggs

200g flour

130g chocolate chips

450g heavy cream

8 egg yolks

300g sugar + 40g water

800g mascarpone

200ml espresso

50ml Kahlua (optional)

100g ladyfingers

Cocoa powder

Method:
Make brownie and bake for 25–30 min at 175°C. Cool completely.
Whip cream to stiff peaks. Prepare syrup, beat into yolks, fold in mascarpone and cream. Layer espresso-soaked ladyfingers on brownie. Spread tiramisu cream on top. Chill overnight. Dust with cocoa before slicing.
