Not your average barre class! Small movements, serious muscle burn, and a faster-paced twist designed to shake, sculpt, and strengthen.

🔥 SCULPT
Lift. Burn. Sculpt. 💪 A full-body strength workout using lighter weights and intentional movement to build strength, define muscles, and leave you feeling toned.

We asked one simple question: “Why Ablaze?” 🔥
The answers were all different - a new challenge, getting stronger, having someone push you, convenience, confidence, friends… and maybe needing someone to yell at you every once in a while. 😂

But one word kept showing up in almost every answer: community.

Because Ablaze was never meant to be a place where you just come in, work out and leave. It’s a place where people know your name, notice when you’re missing, cheer when you’re growing and remind you that you belong here - even if walking through the door feels intimidating at first. 🧡

So… why Ablaze?
