🔥 JULY SCHEDULES 🔥

Please note added/changes in yellow 👀 for the weekly schedule

👉🏻 Due to demand/waitlists, we offering two 5am class options Tuesday-Friday in July. (These are also dependent on instructor availability throughout the rest of summer so keep that in mind)

👉🏻 Due to instructor availability you will see some changes at 4:30pm time slots

👉🏻 Monday 7:30pm is now Cycle Burnout. Intervals on and off the bike with total body cardio/strength training

👉🏻Wednesday 6:30pm will now be Kickbox + Core (cardio kickboxing 30 min; followed by targeted core strength training exercises)

*Please remember we must keep good/consistent attendance in classes to keep them on the schedule.
